This immersive experience blends breath work, sound healing, live vocals, and a plant spirit meditation with wormwood to connect with ancestors, spirit guides, and those who have crossed over.

• Together, we will adorn an altar to honor and access protection from those in the spirit realm. Bring photos, keepsakes, or any meaningful items (they will be returned after the ceremony).

• Drop into rhythmic breath as a portal to deep meditation, while live sound and vocals weave throughout the ceremony—featuring Karrygra (Tuvan throat singing) and Keening (a haunting and healing vocal tradition from Ireland and Scotland).
