The New Moon marks the quietest, most fertile phase of the lunar cycle—a moment when the sky turns dark and the universe invites us to turn inward, rest, and plant the seeds with intention. Gathering in this monthly container offers your whole being a sacred reset.

​This Sanctuary is a dedicated monthly space to slow the mind's "doing" and soften into the "being." We honor the temple of the body, tending to our internal foundations with deliberate care, deep listening, and reverence. Experience a space designed to honor and revitalize your being in support of personal growth and collective liberation.

​Our healing container will include:

​Movement & Tapping: Gentle, embodied practices to befriend the nervous system, release stored tension, and arrive fully in the present moment.

​Energetic Kriyas & Shaking: Rhythmic practices to awaken your internal fire, clear the subtle energy body, and create space for new receptivity.

​Immersive Sound Bath & Reiki: A whole-body listening experience paired with consent-based energy work (Reiki) to facilitate deep rest, balance, and cellular restoration.

​New Moon Ritual: A dedicated practice that attunes to the energy of each new moon, seeding sustainable transformation for the upcoming cycle.

​Items to Bring:

​Altar Offerings: Stones, images, herbs, or talismans for our shared altar (you will take these home with you).

​Journal: For any insights or inspirations that surface during our practices.

​Comfort Items: A yoga mat and any personal items for support. Props such as blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided at the studio.
